The TARA Approach provides a path to understand, treat, and resolve patterns that inhibit us physically, emotionally, and spiritually.  Connective tissue holds the memory of our entire lives.  By using subtle touch on specific areas of the body you reclaim your innate health along with your personal truth.

In this training you will:
1) Learn the twenty-six areas of the body that, when touched, balance the nervous system;
2) Understand how the body responds to overwhelming experience;
3) Cultiate resources that will enhance your health and the health of others;
4) Experience how to treat others easily and safely.
